Is there a deposit required?
All videography and photography shoots require a deposit to secure your date. Deposits may vary depending on the project.
Dates are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
When do I need to clear my balance?
All balances must be paid in full a week before the actual shoot. Weddings and Quinceañeras must be cleared two weeks prior to the event.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, I love meeting with potential clients prior to signing any agreement. This is a 30-minute phone call or zoom meeting where we address your needs and assess if I am the right fit for you.
Do you offer Raw Footage?
Yes, Raw Footage is available for purchase.
Are you available for travel?
Yes, shoots that require travel are subject to travel fees, including but not limited to airfare, lodging, meals, etc.
How will I receive my final product?
Most final products are delivered via a downloadable link. Weddings and quinceañeras are different, they come with a custom engraved USB.
How long is the completion time for my project?
Most projects have a turnaround time of seven to ten days. Weddings and quinceañeras do require more time, so those may range from eight to twelve weeks.
